The college has some equipment and resources that is available to use during your lessons, however it is advised that you have some of your own equipment in order to complete your projects independently and creatively in environments outside of college. Some equipment to consider obtaining or purchasing for your course:

• 35mm Film Camera – Look for a used model
• 35mm Film
• Negative Sleeves
• Folder or Box to store negatives safely
• Negative cleaning kit – dust brush and cloth, etc
• DSLR Camera
• Memory Cards and Batteries for DSLR Cameras
• USB Memory stick to save work
• Sketchbooks for each of your projects
• Stationary Pack for Sketchbook work – pens, pencils, markers, scissors, glue, etc
• Photographic (Darkroom) Printing Paper
• Inkjet Printing Paper for Portfolios
• A3 or A2 Portfolio for Presenting and Storing work for University or Job Interviews
• A Blog or Website for Digital Presentation
• Journal or Diary to record homework and deadlines
